Throughout my life, I have encountered a number of inspiring educators who have impacted me in ways that are immeasurable. They have affirmed and expanded my interests and talents in art. They have questioned, challenged, and motivated me. These teachers have given me the incentive to do the same for young people.

I graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2002 and a Masters in Art Education in 2004. Since then, I have had the opportunity teach art at Norwalk, Ballard-Huxley, and Iowa State University. This is my sixth year as the art teacher at Moulton.
